Objectives:
1) Increase PA among youth living in CV through increased access to facilities that support PA (e.g., trails), improving the safety and quality of facilities that support PA (e.g., parks), and increasing PA programs for children/youth.
2) Improve access to healthy foods in and around churches through policy and environmental change directed by Faith Advisory Council.
3) Instill sustainable strategies to assure continued success of the current proposal’s mission and ongoing responsiveness to community needs.
Deliverables. Following advocacy efforts, there were increases in social cohesion and improved food environments (e.g., healthy food policy).
